so does anyone have any ideas to make the 4 white leds turn on with the headlights? they did with the mod but then it made a buzzing noise when the switch was turned to parking lights

hard to say without knowing how those lights are wired. If the running lights/turn signals were not working right before the after market light was installed you need to get that figure out first.
