Default headlight question for a 97

My truck was manufacturered 06/96 does any one know were to get aftermarket headlights for my truck or is there a way to make the newer ones fit? Also if any one out there has pics of there early 97 with aftermarket heads pictures would be great thanks guys!!!

To my understanding your kind of SOL as far as a light made for an early '97 model. I'm pretty sure with any aftermarket headlight for our generation you're going to have to swap out the head panel behind the lights with a later '97 or a '98.

What you need is a later build date 97-98 header panel.
If you want to change to the 99-03 grill and bumper you have to change the header panel (later 97-98 will work but 99-03 would better), grill shell and center section, 99-03 bumper brackets, 99-03 bumper, 99-03 upper valance, and lowwer valance.
But if you just replace the header panel the lights will fit! Ask how I know.

Not since I put it there lol. But I am getting ready to pull the bumper cover off and change the front end up some.
