OK so Im just curious about how the headlight on my 98 4.6L work. Yes that statement sounds like I don't know how to turn the lights on, but when I switch from dim to bright they get brighter like expected then when I switch from bright lights to pulling all the way back like im gonna flash somone they get even brighter. So the question is, Are the lights on the 98 suppost to have three levels of intensity???

No, when you pull em all the way back your lows and highs are on at the same time... so it's brighter, it's just a "flash"... also if you have fogs they will stay on too
