Hey guys i was wondering if i could fit 2002 Ford mustang gt 2v headers on a 2002 Ford f150 5.4 2v?

The mustang headers will fit the heads but the mustang headers will not allow you to use the factory ypipe! The mustangs use a flat flange at the pass side manifold, so the ypipe would have to modified to fit. The egr pipe may not be located on the driverside manifold like the trucks also. I would find truck headers myself, that way you are only fixing one thing not two things. Cheap headers are a waste of time to install, guaranteed to leak. Hooker headers are the best I've found. They typically weigh twice as much as a cheap set.
