For the price they are now, get a head unit with a USB input. Put 100's of songs on a flash drive or MP3 player and never deal with CD's again.

Default Head unit

I am with skiz on this one. I just replaced my head unit with a $150 DUAL brand unit. Pushes plenty of watts through stock speakers and really works well with my power amp and subs. USB and IPHONE makes music fun again. The entire ipod is controlled on the head unit dislay. I just put all my cd's on the iphone. But neither of us answered your question...They sell adaptors that can do what you want.
