Its a 2000 so its a 2v motor.

O, alright i was reading off this website
http://www.f150hub.com/specs/modular-engine-specs.html

it says "Single overhead camshaft, available in 16 valve (2 valves per cylinder) or 24 valve (3 valves per cylinder). Ford also built a high performance 32 valve 5.4L, but it was never used offered in the Ford F-150."

How does this Help? All I read there wd someone test drove an expedition and thought it was more sluggish than the f150

Has nothing to do with anything I'm trying to figure out. I'm trying to drop in a motor and nothing will line up, that link is a guy complaining that the expedition feels slower than a f150.

They are the same. Double checked at parts stores they are the same part number.
