I had a similar problem with my 91' f150. It turned out to be the alternator went bad and wouldnt charge te battery at all so when I would use my headlights, windows, or radio, the battery would drain and stall the truck. After a few cranks, the alternator would sometimes work and get just enough juice to the battery to help crank up the truck. I finally just replaced it and works fine. Now I'm not saying that IS what is wrong but I'm jut saying that it is a possibility.

Sounds fuel pump related to me. The fuel pump can get hot and shut off when coasting, after it cools it will run fine. How much fuel is in the tank and has the fuel pump ever been changed?

Thanks for the responce. It seems as if it happens no matter how much gas is in it. And no the fuel pump has never been changed and I have never heard it make any unusual noise.
