Punctuation, learn to use it.
One can forgive spelling and other grammatical mistakes, but come on, use a period or 10.
Your post is almost impossible to read and understand as is.

I tried to start it, but it cranks with no fire. Well kinda. It starts sometimes for about 30 seconds, but runs extremely rough and dies.
My irmc (not sure what this is) seems to be fine when I open the butterfly then turn key, they close back. I changed the fuel filter and maf sensor.
It has good spark with no obd code besides missing o2. It has been gone for years.
Intake tube makes harsh air sounds sometimes and sometimes pops through the intake.
Tested pump relays also, they're fine. Any ideas? Where to start
If I am reading this correctly, you need to check your fuel pressure.
Sounds like you have spark and air, so that means fuel is missing.
Also check all your intake tubing and lines. If you have a major air leak in the intake tubing (or intake itself, the 6 cyl has some issues with the intake manifold o-rings), you can have issues keeping it from running.

Along with what blupupher said, if you ran your truck down to empty, theres a chance the fuel pump sucked up some crap that has been settled in the bottom of your tank. Lots of people will tell you not to run your tank so low cz theres a chance you start sucking up all the crap thats at the bottom. You couldve plugged the filter sock on the pump, you mentioned you changed the fuel filter, thats separate from the fuel pump sock AND did you make sure you installed it the right way? They are supposed to flow one way.

Something not quite right. No O2 sensor(s) (there's four) for years. Only one code, about the O2 sensor.

Check the Cat's. I'll bet you have some serious issues there. That is where I would start.
