hard to start

I have a 03 with a 5.4. it is hard to start. Once it is started you have to ease in to the gas or it will either die or stall. I have a new fuel put and fuel filter. what else can i check?

Fuel pressure at the injector rail.
Check for air leaks.

What codes are stored in the PCM?

If the intent is to unload the parts cannon, the next shot is fuel pressure regulator.

No code is coming up. I'll check the fuel pressure.

Throttle position sensor!!!! Just a guess.

Could be the IAC, Idle air control valve.
