I took my grandpas off and replaced the grill insert inside the surrond in about 20 minutes... your probably only looking at like 15 minutes to replace the whole thing.. Remove radiator shroud (the plastic peice that goes from the top of the grill over the radiator) take the screws out of the top of the surround remove corner lights remove 2 screws on each side thats behind the corner lights then pull the plugs out of bottom (I think its 3 on each side maybe 4) now the surround pulls out put your new one in and reverse the steps... thats it

more parts came, chrome door handles. and i was looking at all the screws for replacing my grill and it looks simple like you all mentioned.

also heres a picture of my new tires ****ty pic but they will go on next week.
