Default gotts mod

hey im new to cars and trucks and i have no idea what this is, iv tried looking up but can someone just explain to me what it is please

Basically your just opening the stock intake for better flow.. it's choking the airflow. With the Gotts mod your opening the airflow up.

I don't have it, I bought a Airaid CAI.. But alot of people say it gave them a nice increase in throttle response.. I wish I would of done the Gotts mod for $20 and not spent $250 for a CAI..

i spent like $9 to do the gotts mod. right away i could hear and feel a little difference. i mean, it's not a crazy difference, but definately worth the $9 and less then an hour of work.
