Went to Walmart got car paint, clear coat and aircraft remover. Took the tire off, outed it unit a aluminum can, brushed it on (heavy thick coat) let it set 5-10 min (in the sun works 100 times better!) till kinda bubbles up like in the pic, got a plastic puddy knife and started scraping, decide I didn't like that rout and got out the power washer, I sprayed them off, the clear coat came off like dirt! Scratched them up with 320 grit sand paper, wiped off with dry rag. Taped off (took forever!!!) put note cards in 3-5 coats of black paint, 8-10 clear coat, let dry and out back on, it's a lot easer said than done!!! It took me 6 hours working by myself. Ps. Take the wheel waits off, take pics with a phone, and mark on the tire with a sharpie where they go!
