Default gooseneck

Hey I have a 30 foot aluminum gooseneck I was wondering if any body had pic of there truck hooked up to a gooseneck and if they will tow right I don't use overdrive when I tow

they will tow fine with it off i have pulled one with my dads 97 and it pulled fine and if you want ill get you a pic later

I would first question what your total weight is going to be. Unless you're pulling it empty all the time, I'd bet you're way over the limit of what the truck can do.

I've hauled with a gooseneck before mine towed it like there was nothing behind there gooseneck haul a lot better than on a hitch here's a pic

I would pull more than 8k with my truck. Your trans and brakes will thank you.

Weighs about 8000 but as long as you have trailer brakes and tow out of overdrive you'll wont burn up your transmission.

when I pulled one with my dads I didnt have trailer breakes but i just let of the gas sooner and took it slow

I have towed 15000 with my truck but it hated it I just have to tow some stuff with my truck because my 3/4 ton is broke so I'm forced to use my only mode of transportation. What hitch do u have cuz I don't want custom made
