i have an automatic 01 4.2 ill be buying a new tuner for it next week but i want one where i can retard the timing so it has to have that option and i also want it to have a tune for an economy mode. i checked out the edge evo but it does not have an economy tune it has a tune to stiffen up the trans instead. need some good options or links

Thanks! i heard about that model and it seems to have good reviews. i heard of people buying them "unlocked" off ebay for a cheap price still functional however. thats the route i plan to go about is there any cons of an unlocked one? and would i have to bring my origonal pcm with the new one to ford to copy over the hex code? never have installed a tuner before if you can explain thanks
