Yea , hacks rarely prevail in the end. But if you use your head, many have done well doing it the right way and end up with a good job done for nothing (if you can turn a wrench) with extra cash in their pocket. Yep, you can make a little bit.

So what you did was drill a hole on these item so the nipple goes through and use two of them together to make them more "spacey". right? is this the right thread 18mm product for a f150 1998 4wd 4.6L?

Is that to say running only a front cat will be within specs in CA and NY without visual inspection?

with 2 cats on each side, where do you put the anti foulers? front or back cat?

Normally the foulers are placed in the downstream O2 sensor as that's where you're trying to fool the computer in that the cat is working fine.

If you have two properly working cats, you don't need to fool the PCM....
