ok so im getting a good deal on one set 410 ford racing gears, but my truck is a 4x4 and i know i need a set for front and for back... my question is do i have to put the 410's on both front and back at the same time to work properly? or can i just put one set for now then the second one later?

by the way they are 8.8 will they fit my truck? it is a 4x4 4.6 with the 3.55 h9 axle.

 

You can put one on at once but will not be able to use 4x4

 

i want the same set up and i have what you have now, the front gears have to be a reverse cut i beleive. if you do just the back i would disconect the front so it dont go bang if you forget
