Default Gear Upgrade

Hello all, I am thinking of doing a gear upgrade to help compensate for the larger tires I have on my truck (318x75x17). Not sure what gears I have but I am sure they are stock. Anyone have any suggestions on what gear size I should upgrade to. I mostly drive the truck to and from work with some mild off roading on the weekends to go target shoot. Lastly, and sorry if I sound stupid, but I assume I have to change both the from and rear axle gears when I do an upgrade.

For specifics I have a 2001 F-150 Lariat with 117K.

If you have the 5.4 go with at least 4.10's and if it is the 4.6 go 4.56's at a minimum. Yes you do have to change front and rear to retain use of 4x4.
