Default Gear Ratio???

Can anyone tell me what the stock gear ratio is for a 2002 F150 with the 5.4L? I checked online and I found different ratios for all the gears which is normal but what exactly would I put in my programmer for the actual ratio?

More than likely it is the 3.55 unless you have the FX4 then you may have the 3.73

That's great, as long as no one has swapped in a different gear.

Jack the truck up, mark the drive shaft and a tire. Turn the tire one revolution and count how many times the DS turns.

Example, 3 1/2 turns, 3:55. 3 3/4 turns, 3:73......etc.
