gear ratio

Default gear ratio

I have an 01 f-150 supercrew with the 5.4. I cant find in any of the papers what gear ratio is in it. Just wondering if anyone has an idea. Thanks

on your rear differential there will be a tag attached to one of the bolts on the right side get the numbers off it and tell me and ill le you kno

or you can look at the sticker on the drivers door jamb and use this http://www.fordf150.net/howto/decode.php to decode what options your truck has.

Under the "axle" heading is a number and that number will tell you what gears you have installed.
