Default Gasket changes

Howdy, looking for some opinions on a matter. I'm about to change out my intake manifold gaskets on my 4.6L '02 and was wondering if I should go ahead and do the valve cover gaskets while I got everything pulled apart. Is this a sound play? Thanks in advance.

Not. Not unless they're leaking.

Agree with Brew on that. And if you ARE going to change them, be aware that there are 2 different styles for the 4.6 motor. There is a Windsor and a Romeo version. Easiest way to tell what you have is either by the VIN or counting the cam/valve cover bolts. See chart below for reference.
