For the guys that have replacement billet grills, how big is your gap on the sides?

For the life of me I could not get mine to sit flush with the surround. I can stick my fingers between the grill and the surround on the sides (towards the top). I can't make it any more flush unless I cut the ends of the bars to be shorter. Looks fine from 5ft away but if close it's noticeable to the trained eye.

Happen to have any pics of it?

By the way if you're a Chiver, mind the gaps makes me happy.
