Sure, just have to cut the wiring harness and rewire it to make them work, trim and fill where they fit, bend the corners to make the lines meet up perfectly, and find a way to mount them. Then repaint the back of the truck where you had to cut, fill weld and bend and have a set of tail lights that maybe 10 people would ever notice.
Anything is possible. Not everything is worthwhile.
Or you could find one of a hundred pair of tail lights made specifically for you vehicle that look very similar to the Toyota ones and they will bolt in.
