Default Fun with P0401 code

Okay I am at a loss for ideas. Three days ago my truck started shuddering and loss of power. It wouldn't do it when it was first started and about a qtr mile of driving it starts. I had the scanner read and it gave me the P0401 code and said cylinder 7 was missing. So the first day I did all the plugs (I have COP) then reset the computer and had it reread and it was still throwing the Egr code. Then I replaced the DPFE sensor, same problem. Also replaced the fuel filter and ran Napa fuel injector cleaner. Next I took and vacuum tested the EGR while it was idling the motor stayed the same when the EGR was opened or closed. Today I took of the EGR and cleaned it checked it with vacuum to see if it held and it did. Also checked all the vacuum lines in the EGR system all where good. The only thing I could find that was off was the lines going to the DPFE sensor, they had little pressure I couldn't even get a reading with a gauge. Is it common for the pipe coming from the exhaust to the egr to clog? the upper part of the pipe that was going to the egr was pretty open not to much carbon build up. The problem still there not nearly as bad but still keeps happening just more intermittently and not as constant. If anybody has any ideas where to go from here would be much appreciated if not I am going to have to have it taken to the dealer for a 87dollar diagnostic.

Problem is fixed. I ended up taking it to the dealer for a Diagnostic and it was cylinder 7, it needed a new coil. As far as the egr I took off said tube and it was clean. Cleaned out the TB and installed the coil and everything is good..... Just wished I would of had the foresight to test the coils while I had them off. oh well at least the truck got a good tune up.
