Default Full door replacement

Okay, so i just got a new to me 1999 f150 xlt. It needs a new driver's side door, as the previous owner backed into it with a skid steer and caved it in. It still opens, shuts, and locks... the windows doesn't work and its very loud on the highway. I found on at the salvage yard, but am unsure how to go about removing the door and what tools I would need to accomplish the job. Any advice is helpful. I have already taken door panels off to install new mirrors, as the old one was demolished by said skid steer...

Might be helpful to take a few pictures.

This two foot step in the pic was the most helpful for me when placed under the door.

To remove the door take panel off and unplug all the wires. (do you have power windows?)
You see a rubber boot where the wires go, remove and push it all thru the hole out of the door.
Open the door and support it, helps to have a helper.,
Remove the 2 door stop retaining screws.
Have your helper hold the door and then remove the hinge bolts.
The door is off.
This would be a good time to look closely at the wires in the boot.

Thank you. Yes I have power windows, but that one currently does not work. I found a matching door at a salvage yard and was going to go look at it. Just figured I'd need an idea of what tools to take with me.
