Cant get voltage to the fuel pump. I have checked the wires, fuse, relay,and the fuse block. Rollover switch has been checked and jumped. The engine will fire on starting fluid. What have I missed?

Is there power at the relay? Did you bypass it to run power direct?

 

I have checked continuity between the fuse and relay, and relay to pump. I have not checked for voltage at the relay. The first check for voltage at the pump only gave feedback,1.1 volt. will test relay volts ASAP. Thanks
