Fuel line options?
Hey guys,
Just recently had my fuel tank replaced along withe fuel straps at the Ford dealer and they found that my fuel lines are so rusted, they are leaking gas! I'm sure this doesn't help my mileage lol. The dealer quoted me 700 for new lines. Is there are more economical way to fix this problem? I don't mind replacing lines but $700?!?! Can I run flexible lines like race cars do or something? What do you guys think?

700 is pretty steep, I just had mine done due to the same problem, cost me 550 with labor and a new fuel filter, and that was pretty steep I thought too, the fuel lines were only 225, so a ton of labor charges, but I had no choice, hole in the line was large enough I couldn't safely drive it anywhere
Ill have to try to find the receipts bc I don't remember exact numbers lol. Ill try to find it for you. I had to replace from the filter back to the tank bc when I tried to change the fuel filter I didn't have the tool to do it and tore the fittings off then stupidity took over and kinked it up more. Ill try to get it up this weekend for ya tho.
