Check the fuel pressure if you haven't already, could be a weak pump. I would also keep the Seafoam and Chemtool out of it, it does not need those additives to run well.
Just use good gas.

ironocally i ran some techron through it and its been doin better, hasnt struggled yet since then

I would assume your fuel pump is on its way out, my truck did that for almost 2 years, i would have to cycle the key numerous times before it would start some days,

exactly what i do when it does, or i turn the key to acc. and wait till the gas needle goes up, then starts fine too
