Recently cranked my torsion bar a little to level my truck out and now I'm experiencing squeaking coming from the front somewhere by the tires. I only hear it when I go over bump. I can't seem to find it. Does anybody know what this might be?

 

could be a number of things but sounds like ball joints if it happens when goin over bumps, could also be shocks if theyre old and crankin the bars would just add stress to em

 

Ball joints sometimes sound really bad when you turn the steering wheel at slow speeds with the window down.
