Default front posi locker cable??

I know for the jeep yj you can buy a cable with push button to manually lock In the front diff to make her posi just by pressing the button. I am wondering if the same cable is offered for the fords? I am not sure of my axle size. im not interested in buying lockers for $700-$800 I just like to know if I can buy a cable to do the same purpose. I only use my truck in my driveway as a snow plow truck and would like 2 tires pulling in front. I know the cable for the jeep yj is only like $80 on ebay.

No such thing for any open front axle.
If you want a locker or limited slip, you have to pay for it, starting around $300 for a "lunchbox" locker (plus install if you don't do it).

The kit your talking about for the YJ (one like this) is used to replace the vacuum actuated system that connects the outer axle shaft to the intermediate shaft in the axle. It does nothing to lock the differential, it is still open unless you replace the guts of the diff.
