Default Front end / Wheel wobbles

2003 F150 FX4 Crew Cab with 33" tires. On normal surface the truck runs smooth but after hitting a rough surface or pot hole, it seems the front (passenger??) tire begins to vibrate or wobble continuously until I apply the brakes. This has only been noticed at slower speeds. 30 - 40 mph.

Sounds like you have a bad tie rod. Take it to a tire shop for a evaluation.

its called death wobble, usually comes down to worn out idler arm and pitman, as well as the tierods. just part of the game when you put larger than stock tires on your truck

Im havin the exact same problem with my 2001 with 33's, turns out its the bolts holding the idler arm to the frame that cause it.
