Seem to have the same problem, passenger side squeak, starts when I drive for a little and gets worse the longer I drive. greased everything a couple days ago and didn't fix it, driving me crazy. If you guys have pictures, like the other guy said, would like to know what I'm getting into ,

Default it's not wheel bearings..

this noise has been driving me crazy, it came on all of the sudden and only goes away after I hit 30 mph, at 30 mph and lower it is squealing like a torured mouse.. I got so crazy about locating it I had my wife drive slowly down our street with the hood up and me on the front bumper locating the noise.... It is coming from exact middle of the front axle. I have lloked for grease zerts to no avail. I will be putting her up on jack stands tomorrow and engaging the 4x4 to see what I can find while under the truck... I have read all the previous posts and they all sound exactly like my issue..

Default Same issue for me.....

I'm having the exact same issue. Did anyone else find any other solutions/diagnoses? Or did anyone else find that dbvanw's solution worked for them?

Default Fixed - 2014 f150

As was mentioned by someone else here, I also had the EXACT same noise, symptoms and occurrences. All ultimately coming from where the front axle shaft goes through the knuckle.
I sprayed lubricant in this area, and the squeal went away IMMEDIATELY.

Used silicone spray, driven 1,000 miles since then, not a other peep.

I'm replying to this all this time later because I can't find anywhere else listing this problem or it's solution.
Jack up your truck, spray that area, and enjoy the silence.
Obviously pull it apart and clean it if you want a thorough fix. I intend to just spray it every few thousand miles until I need to pull apart the front end to do the suspension.

Does the noise become more prono7nced turning your steering wheel to one side or the other? You can always Jack it up and do a wobble test.
