Default front end noise

I have notice a noise in the front end that sounded like a bad belt in the tire. Bought new tires but noise still there. New rotors, brakes, wheel barrings, spindle good. What could it be? Help!

ball joints are good. What do you think about a warped rotor, it doesnt go away when I break though. It a thumping like the tires (its not that) have a broke belt. At 25 to 30 you start to hear it and it doesnt go away untill you stop, it speeds up and slowes down with ya.

Should be able to feel a warped rotor by the 'pulsing' during a stop.

Wondering if there is something going on with the wheel bearing - either defective out of the box, or not torqued down properly??
