Ok so ive been some research but i feel like im missing something. I have a 03 crew cab and want to raise the front end 3 inches to level it with the rear. I have torsion keys in the front but hate how it rides now. Is there any other way to raise it with sacrificing ride comfort? Maybe someone can take a pic of the bolt on their keys so i can see where i should be about.

No there is no other way with out keys. You should have a 2" rear block and with stock keys you can be level. Depending on how long you have been over cranked you have have tweaked your factory torsion bars.

Aftermarket keys arent a good idea, factory keys can make you sit level. My rear sits up way higher than your truck cause i have the 7700 and i have my keys cranked about 1.5-2" and im almost level. Them aftermarket keys cause problems. I have a book around here somewhere with factory height specs, let me see if i can find it for you and ill post back.

he nailed it on the head.. only way your going to be able to lift the front end without cranking up the torsion keys is to get a $1,000+ suspension lift. But if you don't want to go that route, to fix the comfort I would just uncrank torsion bars a little, it will lower the front but will fix the ride quality

im looking at this book and its fricken confusing. its giving me heights in mm but you have to measure from the bottom of the control arm to the ground and measure from the front crossmember to the ground and subtract the crossmender from the control are to ground distance. for some reason it doesnt give me a height for a 2002 7700. it only goes to 2006 HD f150.
