Front driver side window

is there a quality window motor out there? I am tired of dealing with cheap crap. A motor without the plastic gears that keeps stripping?

Front Left

Motorcraft also has the metal gear, but about 30 buck higher. Rock Auto has both in the listings.

This one has the metal gear.
