Front differential problem

Ok that's actually pretty good news lol. I'll most likely be pulling the front diff out tomorrow and taking a look at it.

The fluids been changed every 50k so 3 times since we've had it. No water has ever been in it. I was just wondering what other maitnance would be done besides changing the fluid cause I didn't think there was any. Thanks for the help man

Edit: I do have access to a press and an about 90% sure I have a bearing puller that will work

If using a press you will need to do a complete disassembly. If using a bearing puller you should be ok with leaving the carrier in the assembly. I recommend a bearing puller. You will need a case spreader to get the carrier out.

Ok thanks for the help man. I'm gonna try to find time to pull the whole diff out and start taking a look at it. I'm most likely gonna pull it out Tuesday.
