Thumbs down Front Bumper Bent

I was off-roading and I hit a seemingly shallow hole but it ended up being very deep and I bottomed out. Afterwards I got pulled out by another truck. Now my front bumper is bent and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions on how or where I could get it fixed and how much it might cost if I need to get it repaired by a shop? Thanks.

Chain it to a tree and pull it out. Probly be cheaper to get a bumper at the local scrap yard then having one fixed. Make shure nothing else is bent up front.

Have you tried the tree method before?

You bent the bumper or the plastic valance? Do you have a pic of the damage?

I do not know how to post pics off my phone. But I bent the whole right side of the front bumper.

There's plenty of how to articles on the net that teach you how to post pics. Hell, there's even one here I believe.

Replace it. It is almost impossible to get them back to stock shape once bent.

I found out how to post pics. This is the bent bumper on the right side it is bent farther up than the left which is at normal size.

If it actually bent the bumper, you won't be able to fix it. Only replace. But it looks like you might have just pushed it upwards. The bolts that mount the bumper are in slots both up and down, and side to side so you can align it. Maybe it just pushed up in the slot. Worth checking.

You can do what I did. Pop the valance off, and put a jack under the side that is lower to try and raise it closer to even. It certainly won't be perfect, but mine looks about 50% better. I had to buy a new valance too since mine was cracked and faded, which was only $75 on Amazon. Your balance looks good, so make sure you use some PB Buster or equiv on any rusted screws before trying to remove the valance.
