frist time long time
hey i have been on this site many time and it has help me many time. i have a 03 f150 with a 4.6 with a k&n cold air intake. is any one running one with a throttle spacer and does it really help with mpg and stuff like that. and can i run one with the cold air intake anything would help here. thanke you
