Yeah im still confused about COP swap but I didnt know there were problem with injectors.

Are you talking about the plug ins for them on the wiring harness? Size of injector should be based on your build and tune...

Yes the plug ins, I think they need extended. I think the COP's I will try to remove the wires and replug them? Don't really want to cut the wires and possible screw up the coils when they fire? It's a possibility.

For you 2 you should be able to get a engine harness for a 00/01 Navi and it should be plug and play. The Coil harness would have to be longer along the injector harness because where everything sits in the engine bay.

Yeah or just extend the wires and not spend any more money. Might have to check junkyards for one this week.

I didnt think that was an option because the navi's had the 4r100. Their engine harness has the trans harness incorporated into it. We both have the 4r70. Unless the computer wont read it and just leave it be which would be great. I guess it's just a matter of merging the 4r70 harness into the navi harness..if that's the case no biggie.

Well, traveling for work sucks but it gave me time to get my parts list completed. To save some money, I'm gonna reuse the balancer, belt tensioner, pulley, alternator, and starter. These items are easy enough to change out whenever they fail.
In Motorcraft parts I picked up the timing gears kit, oil pump, IAC, and water pump. That's about as much as I could find until later on with the coils and plugs.
Others were the k&n cold air, electric fans, head bolts, erg delete, and MMR cam spacers..boring stuff.
I talked to my engine builder and he states he's backed up and it would be three weeks until he got to mine. Now the waiting game I guess. I will drop it off tomorrow for him to stare at for three weeks haha.
On a plus note, I got my rough country kit!

Get a stand alone controller for your 4r70 or upgrade to a 4r100. Best upgrades you can do for the price.

Did you get the MMR billet cam spacers? Making a shopping cart and figured since you got them that I need them too lol

Also thinking about doing the head cooling mod and possibly the coolant crossover delete. Itll clean up the engine bay and I think my engine would be happy happ happy that I did it.

I did get spacers, it's not a race engine I know but it's a little less rotating weight..just bought them for kicks. I was thinking about that cooling mod too.
