what do I do if my 300k miles truck has a really faded sticker? Unreadable xD.
luckily I don't need anything off it at the moment.

Call a ford dealership, they will run the vin, give you a car fax, tell you how many owners the truck has had, tell you what recalls are out on the truck, and what service work has been done at a dealership, as well as where it was originally bought.

From the sticker I can tell it has 3:55 open rear diff., a 4.6 Windsor, and a 4R70W transmission, if everything is stock.

open rear diff altough 4WD?

the exterior color is called dark toreador red, but what's the name of the second color?

the ford dealers here in europe can't help me with vin decoding an american ford.

Yes, plenty of 4x4s have open diffs. I’d imagine most 4.6 versions came that way.

The second trim color is Arizone Beige for the lower color. Open 8.8 with 3.55 by the tag. Surprising that you have 17's with all the light duty stuff.(4.6 Romeo, 4r70w, 8.8 355 open). It's not an Off Road package, because of the open diff.

There is nothing different in your Canadian sticker than the USA one, other than the MapleLeaf. Both my 98's are Canadian made.
