Default Fog wiring?

I'm getting an aftermarket bumper made and was wondering if I can wire like piaa or kc foglights into my factory spot and have them work on my factory fog switch?

I believe that the wiring is there, you will need a light switch with fog built in, and the plugs are behind the bumper. problem is the factory fogs turn off with the high beams.

Unless..... You do something like this, lol. This guy did it on a '00 Lightning, but I'm pretty sure it'd be the same for all 97-03's since they use the same switch. Then the lights will also come on with your park lights

Also, I had found at one time, a similar how-to that showed how to splice to particular wires together to make the fogs stay on with the high beams. Might've been on this forum, but I can't remember for sure

thanks for reminding me again
i hate that about the fog lights and high beams
the visibility with fogs + high beams is 20x better than just high beams
it seems ridiculous you have to manually hold the lever back to achieve this, and the second you click it forward to stay on, the fogs go off, what the hell was ford thinking
