how do you pull the head lights i see a bar that i would think i have to pull but its got like a bolt going through it. Can someone explain to me how this is done?

pull the two bars up and then just pull the head light out. the bolt you are seeing is the adjustment screws

its a pain inthe *** to get them lined back up to get them in i just take my parking lights out too before i put them in so i can guide the bolts back in easier
