Simplest way is to splice the yellow wire to the brown wire behind the headlight switch

Like Browning said,but you'll have to have parking lights on. I did it to my truck,took 5 minutes.

Unless you wanted them ON all the time the engine/switch in on; seems like you would need a toggle switch to operate them.

You can get them to turn on with the ignition if you want. But the other is easier.
