If the wires are up under the bumper you may be able to use the stock wiring somehow, but I don't remember seeing the harness there on trucks without fog lights ever.

What I would do is go to Pep Boys or Trick Trucks or something and get an inline fuse holder and 10 amp fuse and at least a 10 amp weatherproof relay that's sealed with the wires already hanging out of it. Then wire the relay just like this:

Battery power, fused with a 10 amp fuse as close to the battery as you can get it on 30 and 85 and a wire that goes down and splits to the fog lights off 87. 86 will run from the relay inside to your switch, then from the other side of the switch to a ground. 87a might be there but that's for normally closed, and you won't be using that for this.

85 and 86 are the control circuit, that's why the ground side of it runs into the vehicle to the switch, it draws basically no amps, just enough to close the relay. 30 is source voltage and when the relay is closed it flows through 87 to whatever is being powered, in this case the fog lights. The reason you need a relay is because you can't run the amperage the lights draw through a switch without it melting and probably catching on fire. There might be fog light kits out there you can buy, I've never looked, but it'd probably be cheaper to buy some wire and a relay and do it yourself.
