Default Flowmaster vs. dynomax

Have true dual on my 2003 5.4 and have long tube headers to 40 series flowmasters And want to maybe do a straight through muffler like dyno max! What do y'all think? How much sound difference?

I've heard that dynomax doesn't sound that great but gives you better performance compared to flowmasters. You got videos of you exhaust? I would love it hear it

I'll try and get some ASAP. It sounds pretty good! I just want another sound. Louder haha! I always want more

yeah, i had a dynomax straight through and it was just not cutting it for me.... It was a hair louder than stock, although i'm sure it probably flowed alot better than the 10 series i have now. I also cut out the back cats on mine, made it a heck of alot louder. How did your LT's affect the sound? louder, or did it just give it a little more growl?

I have no cats now! My headers affected the sound alot! Much meaner and deeper! I love it! I just ordered exhaust cut outs so that I can run open headers when ever I want

I could also tell an increase in power! Right when I picked it up from the shop I was surprised in a good way. Now I just want it as loud as possible with a muffler! Like I said I'll be able to run open headers. I just want the loudest muffler!
