Angry Flashing "check engine light"

Last night, suddenly my check engine light starts flashing. I'm trying to make it home so after about a mile it just changes to a steady light. Since my plugs and wires were changed within the last year I'm concerned about the two coils. I have also read that this misfire will toast my CAT and therefore I shouldn't drive it at all. There are no symptoms of misfire. Suggestions?

You will be fine for 6 miles if it's only a solid light. You won't wreck anything.

I had the same thing happened, scan your code, and if it's misfire, swap your coils to make sure it's the coil.
