All men, even Innocent ones should use the 5th amendment to avoid further persecution from overzealous prosecutors.

“[No person]…shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself…”

This can sometimes be a matter of how a question is asked and if the prosecution is actively seeking to build a case against you. No matter what answer you give, there can be no correct answer that frees you from prosecution.

SELF-INCRIMINATION, PRIVILEGE AGAINST the constitutional right of a person to refuse to answer questions or otherwise give testimony against himself or herself which will subject him or her to an incrimination. This right under the Fifth Amendment (often called simply PLEADING THE FIFTH) is now applicable to the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, 378 U.S. 1,8, and is applicable in any situation, civil or criminal where the state attempts to compel incriminating testimony.

At least the Fifth time looking at the truck today, - Rockers (includes cab corners) or bed first? Rockers are my least favorite to work on, - fenders doors and bed have to be removed, I just need to slide the bed back, so that's not bad, so I think I'll start wid the rockers next week....Oh joy.
