fender wells

Planning on putting some jba shortys on and when i remove the fender wells they got i think 4 of those plastic clips should i just cut then and get new ones are is there a easier way to get them out 99 ford f150

I would just get new ones. Go buy your local body shop and buy some from them cause they know which ones will work.
