Default fender turn signals

So I have these turn signal lights on each front fender.
They are about as bright as a stock Harley headlight so need to replace them.
But having real issues finding any information..anyone help?

I never knew they existed till your post about buying the truck. We didn't get those on this continent.

You can find these on eBay Europe. They are very similar but now LED. Since we don't use those in the US. All US cars sent to Europe are supposed to have these kinds of lights installed on the back of the front fender area. If you post in the eBay search bar use this side marker lights universal

they are aftermarket for sure. if it had an awkward tester or one that follows rules to the book it needs some sort of side repeater .
could have fitted them to the mirror , i would check behind them and apply lots of rust protection too
most local motorspares carry things like those in stock doesnt have to be led.
cheap chinese leds soon fail and arent very bright
