Default Feel a bouncing at sepcific speed range

I notice that my truck has a bounce in it when cruising approx 30 mph.
It feels like somebody is in the truck just bouncing up and down making the truck bounce a bit. It isn't every time but most times when i am going steady in the 30 mph range.

Ideas?

Mine does it between 35 and 40, but I have rim with damage. I think that may be it. I have already changed the u-joint. But with yours I would try u-joints first, especially with over 100,00 miles
