I had a similar experience. I was looking for a 99-02 chevy 1500 for my first truck. My dad went to work and text me the pic of his work buddies truck and asked if I like it. I fell in love with it and never looked back at them chevys again!

260,000 miles and it would crank and run but it had a rod knock in the motor I got a thread on here of me doing the motor swap. I now have 3200 in the truck that's buying it and fixing it

Thanks man. Your truck sounds sick! I could see where that would have given you a headache though. My Flowmasters gives me all the sound I really need. It's by far the best mod I have done to my truck. Makes me smile every single time I turn my truck on and hit the gas.

heres my 1200 dollar truck that everyone told me i was getting burned on because the trans was shot... after a bath a trip to walmart for fuses for the brake switch here it is
